“This was our 8th year on Beech Hill Pond and by far our favorite rental. The outdoor areas are astounding! The expansive deck, dock and sandy beach offer something for everyone. The floating dock was amazing and the neighbors even let the kids use their slide. While not too large, the cabin has everything you need: two bedrooms and a loft, plus open concept living. “We have family in Searsport and this property is literally the next street over. It was the perfect place for two couples and two 4-year-olds to stay for the holiday weekend. Comfy beds, plenty of sitting room, and an adorable outdoor patio were so nice. It's walking distance from Mosman Park and the beach, and also a grocery store and bars/restaurants. Perfect little quiet neighborhood that was just right for our little group. We're planning to book again for next year!”

“This was the cutest cottage for our first trip to Maine! We loved taking our dog for walks on the trails behind the house. There was plenty of wildlife and beauty right behind the house. This was the best place for birdwatching! We could hear the loons from our window at night, and we saw them in the lake a few times. “Great stay! The host was great and gave us detailed instructions so it was easy to find the parking and the entrance. The entire building was nice and the room was modern and clean. The location was right in the middle of everything. A lot of little unique shops and good restaurants. If you’re visiting for a concert it’s a short and simple 1 mile walk with sidewalks to the venue. Highly recommend. ”

“I had to take a last-minute trip to Maine and found this listing. It seemed alright and was close to the places I’d be visiting so I booked it.What I didn’t expect was just how awesome this unit would be! It is listed as an apartment but it’s really more of a full condo above a three bay garage the owners work out of. They were in the garage for maybe a total of 15 minutes during our week long stay and there was never any noise in the early morning or evening, we truly had the building to……
