“This is a simple house with a great view right on the water. The beds and bedding were comfortable. Despite being on the water, it has a nice yard and little beach area. ”

“We had a great time at this property in Hampton Bays! We were a group of four women looking for a weekend get-away near beaches, restaurants and shopping, and that's what we got. The home was clean, comfortable and centrally located. Also, it was thoughtfully stocked with items such as water, soda and even snacks, which we enjoyed while sitting on the back deck. The hot tub was an added bonus and we went in at night when it cooled off - such a pleasure!”

The kitchen is so well equipped that preparing a family dinner is a pleasure. The pool and hot tub were the perfect ending to every beach day. Both adjustable to your desired temperature. Not to mention a great work from home space with an office off the master bedroom. Doug always responded promptly and was beyond accommodating making……

“The house was perfect for our extended family vacation. There are 7 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The house is very spacious and allowed several people quiet places to work from home. The kitchen is very well stocked with anything you need to cook. The house also is fully stocked with everything from towels to toys for toddles and games to play in the evening. Finally, the owner is very easy to contact and responds quickly. There are private beaches that we walked to in order to watch……
