Beautiful 2 br condo 2 min. walk to beach. First floor. House sleeps 5. House consists of 2 bedrooms and one bath. House is a light, bright airy home. Very safe area. Parking space assigned close to entrance. No charge. Outside deck with lawn furniture. Great area with several top restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Short walk to great entertainment, live shows, concerts and other live entertainment. Approximately 1 1/2 mile to Boardwalk. Fireworks on Hampton Beach is quite a treat. Several historic parks nearby. Fireworks are held every Wednesday and Saturday nights at the center.

Perfect place for family. Everything you need is there. Bed in master bedroom is so comfortable. At Warren place, we felt just like home.

The host was great to work with. The only negative would be that being on the first floor, you hear every noise from the upstairs neighbor. From them walking around to when the toilet flushes, it sounds like the water will come through the floor. Also, the pin for the location isn’t in the exact location so you are a bit farther from Hampton Beach then what it appears.

We loved our stay, the unit was perfect for us, short walk to the beach. The only negative was that after the second day, the pool was dirty and we didn’t use it the rest of the week.

Week at north beach
We love this area. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood, but is close enuf to the center if you want excitement. Warren’s place was very nice clean and comfortable. We loved staying and hope to again. The coffee at KB’s (the bagel shop next door) is a dream. :)
