Small but spacious with open concept living room/ kitchen and all that is needed for your comfort such as Central AC/Heating, keyless entry, and complimentary linens and towels. With the main Hampton Beach boardwalk just a short walk away you will never run out of things to do! From ocean front restaurants to live music bars and Arcades for the young ones, Hampton Beach got so much to offer you won't want to miss anything!

The location was spot on and perfect. The other families renting cottages next door were very friendly. Parking was a little chaotic at times but everywhere near the beach is like that! Beds were very comfortable, the old school look and feel was exactly what we wanted. Steven was fantastic to deal with too. Can't wait to go back!
