“Honokalani” – Unit 201 – is a 1-bedroom, 1-bath unit located in Hana Kai’s upper (Mauka) building. This vacation rental is a corner, upper floor unit with a king-size bed in the bedroom and a queen hide-a-bed in the living room and second covered lanai off the bedroom. A SPECTACULAR view of the bay, cathedral ceilings and open floor plan make unit #201 a great choice!

As you travel the beautiful Hana Highway through Maui's untouched rainforest, you will be surrounded by breathtaking views, majestic waterfalls and a lush tropical landscape. Hoping for trade winds

The location was very nice and had wonderful ocean views. Unfortunately we could only stay one night because the property had no air conditioning (we knew this from the listing) and the trade winds were not blowing. So the heat was too much for us.

Lovely place in a lovely town

Unfortunately we only crossed paths with a departing employee as we arrived at 5:00. I would have rather checked in with them but it worked out. This unit is well-decorated, comfortable, and has a great view. The water crashing into the black sand and stone shore is awesome. Great proximity to it and view is awesome. Slept well. Just need to carefully plan your meal strategy in Hana. Area surrounding is terirfic, especially the state park. Would stay again.

Lovely place in Hana

This would’ve been a great place to spend more time. The view of the Hana Bay to be able to walk near the water. The bed was very comfortable and I liked the style of it. We would stay here again if we come back to Hana.

The location cannot be beat. What a beautiful property on the beach. It was so quiet and you could hear the waves and see the stars. The actual unit was a bit dated but fun and homey all the same.

Nice place for rainy weather

Weather was too nasty to go out and enjoy the beach so we stayed in. We were grateful for how nice the apartment was and the added bonus of board games (although updating the games would be nice). We enjoyed take out in the deck and watched the surf crash the shores. We would stay there again.

Probably the nicest condo in Hawaii I have ever stayed in

I have been to Hawaii four times and stayed in 5 different condos. I think this was the nicest condo I have every stayed in on Hawaii. Great views is the Hana Bay, clean and modern condo, everything opened up with great air flow. Super clean and nice. The people at the condo were super nice and helpful, checkin was a breeze and no massive list of do all the cleaning on checkout. It was so easy. I would rebook this exact unit again if I ever stay in Hana again!

Beautiful view

The unit we stayed in was a corner unit with a gorgeous view. I would have been happy to live on the lanai! The condo would be perfect for a couple, but with 2 teenagers on the pull out couch and the bathroom off the bedroom it got a bit tight. I would definitely go back with my husband and leave the kids at home. Amazing area to explore, so beautiful, but definitely bring food with you as food trucks have unreliable hrs.

Overall the place is amazing. The only problem I ran into was the fridge wasn’t working so else had a smaller one out on the Lanai, I wish they had told me. It would be nice if they had some storage containers as well. But again let me reiterate the place is amazing.

Beautiful View in Hana

Enjoyed the relaxing view from the back porch. Check in after hours was easy using provided directions. Didn't use the kitchen as we ate at Hana Ranch Restaurant and the food trucks (in Hana and the Hana Farms Roadside Stand for pizza).
