“Heavy cigarette smell in the room. Someone smoke in next room and the smell go into my room. Have complained to Hotel. They do nothing but try to comfort me to offer room change. They are unwilling to find out root cause to stop it. The way they handling complaint is not deserved 5 star rating. The ventilation system is extremely poor. The smoke detector cannot detect smoking inside the room. Extremely disappointed. ”

“I stayed in this hotel for Asia game. Overall, the hotel is very clean, staff are friendly and comfortable. the only down side is the breakfast is not very good, limited choice of food. Breakfast time 7-10am, I came down at 9:20, no refill for food or drinks. and some food doesn't look very fresh, charging RMB 106 per head is way too overprices. Overall, this is a nice hotel as the room is clean, spacious and friendly staff. ”

“The staff at swimming pool who was lighting the candle around the pool was very poor attitude. She literally bang the door of each candle holder and made so much noise to a point I need to leave the pool. I think that's what she wanted to do. To get rid of all the guests at pool. I did not expect such level of service at park hyatt at all. ”
