“Wonderful stay, lovely house with lots of room space for a large family. The kids love the dock and boats and we try to fish as much as we can. Saw deer and bald eagle from the deck and played lots of ball in the front. No shortage of tissues, toilet paper, night lights, garbage bags and cleaning supplies. ”

“We had a wonderful stay! The house is great for large groups, we had 7 people and had lots of extra beds. The guest house is perfect for teenagers that want to feel a bit of freedom! We came from NYC so our teenagers loved having the space. The kitchen is well appointed and the house is clean and cozy. The property it’s self was stunning. “This is a long overdue review. We booked this as a goof, thinking it would be some wacky disaster that might lead to a good story. Instead, we were blown away by how awesome it is. The cabins are small, so don't ignore the descriptions. They're a place to sleep and keep your stuff. That's by design. The rest of the property is beautiful with a shared outdoor seating area and cabin porches that foster community with fellow travelers and then separate outdoor gathering areas for the other……

“August 9 - 16Extended family reunion. 18 adults and 2 children staying in 4 cabins on the property. Plenty of rooms and beds for all to sleep comfortably. Well equiped kitchens. Limited kitchen facilities in club house, however we had most of our group meals in Eagle Manor. Lots of activities for all ages between 2 pools and game lodge.A note to baby boomers - found out the site of the 1969 Woodstock Music Festival is only a 1 hour drive in Bethal,NY. Interesting museum there with artifacts and……

“We loved this place. We like to be outdoors and go camping so this is right up our alley. The house is rustic and fabulous. We loved listening to albums on the victrola. The house was very clean and well stocked. It had everything needed for a getaway. My husband really loved the newly strung and in-tune guitar. It was quiet and secluded.
