“Missed the email, day before reservation, stating plumbing issues and would need to cancel reservation. My bad, thought it was door code. The title was "Your Reservation Oct 7 through Oct 8, VRBO ########". Did not realize it was the first cancellation. Shame on me. I go back and see that Abby F writes, 1.5 months earlier, her horrible experience with the HOST, identical plumbing issues. Apparantly the HOST is not following VRBO policy of keeping VRBO appraised of the condition of the property.……
