“This was the perfect location for our family of 21 to gather for Thanksgiving. The ranch had so many animals and places to roam and all the kids had fun playing on the baseball field. Enough ovens for all of the Thanksgiving Turkey and sides to be eaten hot, and enough room for all to enjoy our time together. Great location near Galena!”

“We had a group of 9 folks here for my birthday weekend and had an overall very nice stay. The outdoor views are incredible, and we had a nice time walking around the trails nearby and going into DT Galena to be tourists as well. The house itself is very pretty and well laid out - lots of convenience for adults to have their own large beds and mostly private bathrooms. “Creekside Cabin immediately welcomed us with high ceilings, a warm lodge feel, communal working kitchen with views from all vantages.Decor lends itself to a lodge feel in a elevated curated fashion. “We enjoyed our stay with a few hiccups. At arrival, I realized there is quite the distance from the parking area above to the home below. Carrying belongings and groceries was a chore. Anyone unsteady would need assistance down the big steps. There is a tiny bit of yard in the front, but all a slight hill. The home was clean. Once settled in for a weekend of cooking for our family, I realized the frying pans were old and had no coating left. Bring pans, plastic wrap, foil and Ziplock bags if……
