“This hotel lies in the greener outskirt of Essen, ideal for cycling trips or to visit tne Ruhrgebiet without the rush of a city centre. We had a very comfortable stay. There is a lot of eye for detail in this hotel. For example: we had two racebikes with us which we could park securely in a special and fully equipped bikegarage. The breakfast was well organised and the restaurant is a recommendation for lunch and dinner. Last but not least the personnel is really guest focussed. Only attention……

“Die Unterkunft ist ausgezeichnet. Bei Anreise wurden wir informiert das die Rezeption nicht besetzt ist. Einchecken ging trotzdem reibungslos. Unser kurzfristig gebuchtes Frühstück wurde mit 20 € pro Person nachträglich berechnet. In der Beschreibung steht, dass dies für 14 € pro Person hinzugebucht werden kann. Hatten das leider nicht gelesen. Wir können im Nachhinein daher nicht nachvollziehen, wie dieser Preis zustande kommt und finden das absolut überteuert. ”

“用GPS 找酒店時，輸入了地址但找不到酒店，原來還要入一條小路才到，酒店服務員不錯，但取了房卡後開不到門，因為拍了房卡，綠燈亮了後還要很用力拉下門把才能打開門，整體酒店尚算可以的！”

“Too few parking spaces”

“Room was clean and tidy. Even though there was construction around there was not a noise issue when I was there. Breakfast was typical Continental Style with cold cuts yogurt cereal but there was no hot options such as eggs or sausages. Nothing special but adequate. Overall, I would definitely stay here again”

“The hire is pretty old but all is in good conditions. The small treats in the lobby every morning during SPIEL Essen is very kind and sweet!”

“CP 值很高. 距離 Essen 車站約走路5分鐘, 但又不會太吵雜. 雖然在鐵軌附近, 隔音也算不錯. 我住在7樓, 房間的 mini bar 不用錢, 每天都有補冰箱飲料. 飯店裝潢也算新, 房間清潔也乾淨, 下次會想再來住.”

“Eine sehr schöne Location und sehr freundlicher Service, trotz später Ankunft gab es noch die Möglichkeit etwas zu Essen zu bekommen und das ganze Personal war sehr freundliche. Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber und man fühlt sich wohl. Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich und Parken ist in der hauseigenen TG sehr gut möglich. Wenn ich wieder in der Nähe bin, würde ich wieder dort übernachten ;)”
