"Fantastisk fint og rolig hotell i Arnhem med trivelig personale og fin beliggenhet til sentrum. Kommer mer enn gjerne tilbake ved en senere anledning og kommer definitivt til å foretrekke Bastion hotel andre steder i Nederland pga servicen vi møtte i Arnhem."

"I stayed in this hotel couple times and this time really pissed us off. The cleaners went to the room and didn’t finish the job and didn’t take the trash away. We ordered taxis and non of them arrived and the taxis they called for same trip could cost from 15-35 Euro difference. 😡 the front desk ..."

"Wir haben zum ersten Mal hier gebucht und es war super!Eine ganz neue Erfahrung auf einem Hausboot zu übernachten..Die Kommunikation mit dem "Vermieter" war ebenso toll!Ein ganz netter, aufmerksamer Mann.Wir kommen in jedem Fall wieder!"

Nie wieder
"Trotz Buchungsbestätigung konnten wir das Objekt nicht beziehen. Vor Ort hatte man keinen Ansprechpartner, daher mussten wir uns Stundenlamg durch am Handy durch den Kundenservice quälen um dann zu erfahren das es eine doppelbuchung gab und wir wieder abreisen müssen."
