“Was very pleasantly surprised after reading some of the negative reviews! Apartment was in an excellent location short walk to the Piece Hall & town centre. Excellent facilities and very quiet so got great nights sleep! Bed was also very comfy - would definitely stay here again as found it great value for money!”

"I booked a triple room, but all the amenities provided were only for one person — one duvet, one towel, one cup, and one set of toiletries. This is clearly unacceptable for a triple room. I reported this to the reception and explained that it was not an urgent request, and I would be fine if the items could be delivered later in the evening. However, the staff showed a poor attitude, were unwilling to help, and simply replied that they were busy without taking any further action. On top of that, the room was dirty and did not meet basic cleanliness standards. This experience is extremely disappointing and far below expectations."
