“酒店周围嘈杂，电梯3部坏两部，高原地区天天爬楼梯，装修打电钻让人无法休息，22点之前无法入睡！服务人员英语差，微信有许多限制，不能传送图片。”

“It is not what is advertised, leaking and falling ceilings, mouldy bathrooms, dirty, smelt weird and don't know how this can be classified as a 3 star hotel.... cancelled our booking immediately and owner/management was completely unhelpful and trick you with false information. Disappointing and felt unsafe.”

“Hyatt Regency Hotel is one of the best hotel in Harare you could stay in. Their service is exquisite, the staff are so friendly and very professional, they greet you with a smile & i quick to respond any issues that arise. I stayed in one of their suite and every 2 days they would bring me fresh fruits, making sure my water is topped up in the fridge & that my room is clean always. Their food is amazing, I wasn’t very keen on the breakfast but food its self is 👌. I would definitely book again &……
