“Great location! Easy access to the beach for the kids. Nice deck to enjoy coffee in the morning or happy hour on the afternoon! So much room for the adults and kids.”

“House was very nice and convenient to the Common pool area and shopping area. Greatly appreciated the use of the bikes and the grill that were in the garage. The extra fridge in yhe garage was nice for the extra waters and beers bought. Hard to fish in the pond, since it was not very easy to get close to the edge of the pond, but nice to sit out and relax by the pond. “Came with one of my sons for his Spring Break for some one on one time. Nice and spacious. Clean and had all the cooking amenities needed to prepare meals in. We love staying at Bear Traps but we usually bring our dogs and have the rest of our family so we stay in a detached house. Great location at the end of October Glory - no one traffic coot those staying back there. Loved the porch looking over the water. ”

“First, ill say that i am a usual customer of the competitor, but they couldn’t accommodate my large family vacation this year. So i checked this site out and found this location. Was skeptical because there wasnt any payment plan options, or refunds available for emergency. But that is where the complaints stop. From check in to check out, the location was everything we expected and more. And it is equipped with everything you will need for your family to enjoy your time. The kids loved……

“This was such a nice fit for us. It is nicely decorated with tons of amenities. Good location with plenty of room for everyone. The double living rooms and large dining table were an added bonus. We had three teenagers with us so having options for them within walking distance was great!”

“Bathrooms need to be updated. The upstairs bathroom shower had an awful leak that drenched anything left on flood. No backyard for outside sitting. Nice house, A/C works great, great location, host super attentive and answered any question immediately throughout our stay.”

“We had a great stay at the Peninsula. We have stayed there several times in the past and found the property to be as advertised. The house was beautiful and perfect for the needs of our party, which included two different families. ”

“Property was overall very nice but some things needed attention. Because our rental was in December, I would recommend more blankets. The combination microwave/oven over the stove was not working properly. The oven portion worked but the microwave was not. The cleaning service could also do a deeper cleaning. Pantry floor and under/behind dressers was not clean. Overall though, these were things we were able to deal with. Wonderful vacation”
