“The facility was perfect! Two comments: A substantial security deposit is held, apparently not refunded till you submit your review? Second, the email with the "key" or door code to the stay was buried in my email from the Wednesday before my Saturday stay, hence the 1/5 for communication? Again, the facility was perfect! “We loved this property and everything about its location on the lake! The house was perfect and the kids loved using the kayaks. Beautiful views and we used the fire pit every night for s’mores. Appreciated that wood was provided even though we had some. Husbands 50th birthday getaway was amazing! Can’t wait to go back!”

“The cute quack shack house was right on the lake which is a huge beautiful Lake. John was very prompt in communication and very helpful and attentive. There was so much to do on property and so much more nearby. It almost felt like we had the entire Lake to ourselves. The property provided kayaks and paddle boards and other fun games. Bonus was that the property was completely fenced out which is great for pets to have off leash. We definitely enjoyed our time and will be returning. ”

“Quick overnight stay. Lovely place. Very comfortable. Had snacks, drinks and bathroom amenities available. If I’m being very picky- could have used a mirror in bedrooms to get ready in the morning. A toaster in the kitchen would have been a plus. My daughter left a ring behind and owner messaged me with a picture to see if we wanted her to mail it back to us. So nice!!”

“My family and I had a wonderful 5 days at this property. There were plenty of comfortable bedrooms to accommodate our whole group with room to spare. Very pleased with the amount of bath towels and beach towels provided along with the many toys for the lake. Our host was very accommodating and we all appreciated that. If we are ever back in the area again, we will certainly book again!”

It was VERY clean, exactly as pictured, 3 miles from the arena, and in a very nice quiet neighborhood. Property located by many restaurants and a drug store. Host was very nice and check in was simple. We would definitely stay here again if we came to South Carolina. ”
