Spacious and secluded home very close to the major ski resorts!!!

This first time rental home is located across the street from Nubs Nob ski resort and just down the road from Boyne Highlands ski resort. This spacious home boasts four bedrooms and three bathrooms with 2,200 square feet in living space. It is secluded in the woods for privacy, but conveniently close to Harbor Springs and Petoskey. The large patio offers beautiful views of Northern Michigan, while the yard is gorgeously landscaped with annuals, perennials, and mature trees.

Downstairs is the master suite with a full bathroom. Upstairs has an open living room space with a large kitchen that is fully equipped that leads out to the patio. There is plenty of space in the living room to lounge and watch TV, while a little nook area comprises of several board games that is perfect for a family game night. Down the hall is another three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The fall rate is discounted, and is the perfect time of year to experience the notorious Northern Michigan fall color tour. You couldn't ask for a better house or location for ski season; the house only has a two night minimum for those quick, much needed weekends away during the kid's school schedules. Spring and summer is a great time to golf, visit the various lakes in the area, downtown shopping, or just some much needed R&R! Book now for your next Pure Michigan experience!

Very nice and great location!

We loved staying here for our ski trip at The Highlands. It's about a 3-4 minute drive away and located in a quiet neighborhood. Very "Ski Chalet", nice and clean. Plenty of space for families, nice amenities. Garage is large for storing and staging ski equipment, and the landing and sitting area of the downstairs master is helpful for getting all your gear on & off. The listing says 2 bathrooms (except in the description), but it actually has 3 full bathrooms and the master bath is amazing with a walk in shower, large jetted tub, double sinks, and heated tile floors. Kitchen was very well stocked. My only suggestions are to replace the coffee maker (agonizingly slow) and the pillows were pretty flat without extras to add to the beds. Overall, we were very happy and would love to stay here again.

Family getaway northern Michigan

This property was perfect for us. Kids had their own room, adults were happy with space , large deck, proximity to golf, beach, casino and kitchen was well stocked with kitchen utensils. The views out the large windows gave you the feeling of being in the deep woods. We will be back.

We rented for a golf a tournament at the Highlands. It was the perfect location and a great house. Well stocked kitchen for is important because we cook a lot rather than going out and it had everything we needed.

The house if very nice and lots of supplies on site. TV's didn't work with cable or any other streaming system. Great parking available including the garage. Lights in downstairs bedroom are very dim. Shower and tub with jets very nice.

Perfect location for skiing

This place is two minutes from both Highlands and Nubs Nob. Perfect location if you're planning on skiing. The house was clean, kitchen was well stocked, laundry in both upper and lower floors, plenty of room for the whole family. The surrounding area and neighborhood are just beautiful, especially with the fresh snowfall we had. The only issues we had were, the bed in the master is not a queen as advertised and was pretty uncomfortable. The fireplace in the living room is functional, but actually deems to pull heat out of the room, so we stipped using it the first day. The dishwasher leaked on the kitchen floor a couple times, and the lockbox and front door were very difficult to operate. It took us about 20 minutes to get in the door the first day. Other than that, it was a very nice stay. Only about 10 minutes from Petoskey as well.

Family Annual Ski/Snowboard Trip

Plenty of room for all of us (3 kids & 4 adults) and great location 5 minutes to either Boyne Highland or Nubs Nob. Kitchen had plenty of equipment & all bathrooms were in great shape including the master with jacuzzi tub & 3 head shower. Would recommend & would rent again!!

Great location for Ski and Snowboarding

A group of friends and I stayed in this home for a ski trip to nubs nob and Boyne highlands for the new years. It provided everything we needed, great location, clean and comfortable.

The property is a great location. The house needed a thorough house cleaning, the carpets were filthy, cobwebs everywhere. For a long term, high end rental, weekly housekeeping should be included. There was no vacuum cleaner, no iron or ironing board. All other places we have rented of this quality had a King Size Bed, this did not.

Good for family

Attending a family wedding - worked very well for all ages. We weren’t actual there much as there were lots of events, but the house was clean and well appointed. Good space and kitchen. We had 6 adults and 1 child. Lots of room for all.

This house is nicely laid out. Close to great golf courses and shopping districts. Porch, kitchen and Bathrooms were all exceptionally. Downfall for us is the mattress in the 3 upstairs bedrooms. But all in all a wonderful house!

Beautiful cabin and great location

We came to Michigan for some golf and some sightseeing and were blown away by the territory around us. This cabin put us right in the middle of all we wanted to see and do and the place was perfect for our daily adventures. There is plenty of space for the seven of us and the facilities were more than enough. There was great water pressure for the morning routines and the chilled, laid back neighborhood made it easy to both get started and settle in later on. There were plenty of amenities and our host made us feel welcome and at home. A+ visit for sure!
