“Wonderful site overlooking the Pacific dunes and ocean. Many places to sit and absorb the view including a fire pit that we used every night. The internet wifi connection was out the entire time but the owner tried hard to rectify. Because of spotty cell service it was hard to get on the net. Despite this, it was a great site to relax and enjoy the isolation. Although we did not use the kayaks, they were convenient to the waters of the estuary and would be a great way to explore.”

“Every January I travel to Northern California to visit my family and return to my childhood home. Fort Bragg is always on my itinerary for at least 3 or 4 days.I have begun bringing others with me so they may enjoy my adventures.This is my first time staying at the Misty Rose. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return next year.It is an awesome experience!”

“Our 2nd stay @ Sandy Clove Cottage. We had a wonderful time, despite a cold start. We had no heat when we arrived. With that, we had the privilege of meeting our host Bob. He came to our rescue & got the heat going for us. Such a very nice man. Thank you Bob. Even with all that, we very much enjoyed our stay. Can't wait to return. Beautiful cottage. “Howard and Kelly own a beautiful and fully stocked home in Cleone, CA. We stayed Saturday through Monday and had a great time relaxing. I fell in love with the sunroom and flower garden in the backyard. We were greeted by 4 deer that were eating in the back. The house is clean, updated, peaceful and just up the road from a beach. The house is easily accessible, and communication was top notch. I would LOVE to stay in this home again in the future. ”
