“The main objective of our 15 day trip to Newfoundland was to see icebergs, puffins and several coastal villages. But we also wanted at least one night inland. Back Country Cottages fit that perfectly. A full 30 km inland on old logging roads and trails off the highway, to the cabin at a 12 km long “pond”. We were really glad we had the owner drive us in and out in his truck because our rented sedan would have bottomed out in several places. It also gave us a great chat with the friendly and……
