And they said our room was sold to others.How can it happen？Hotel in Rabat is tight, we drove all around the city, but we cannot even find a room to stay. That was the most terrible experience in my life. So I want to complaint this hotel.”

“Excellent emplacement. Accueil sympathique et rapide, personnel très à l’écoute. Surveillance 24/24. Stationnement sous terrain ou sur la rue. Chauffage dans l’appartement et climatisation. Cuisinette juste assez bien garnie pour vos repas de base. 2 sb. Terrasse privée et laveuse à linge. Je recommande.”

“The staff is very friendly and the sky cafe at the top floor has great food and also a friendly staff. There is parking in the hotel and that was very convenient. The main concern was the smell of the bathroom. I’m hoping that can be fixed. Otherwise it was a nice experience. ”

Ci hanno snche proposto un upgrade della camera per permetterci di stare pou comodi. L'aspetto negativo è che non tutti parlavano inglese quindi spesso è stato difficile comunicare.”

“On the 29/11/2024 at 12:00am we came back to your hotel , and when we entered our suite we found that the windows were fully open and the door lock room was removed, and one of the window lock was not working. We immediately went to the reception to ask for an explanation of what has happened as we found the situation was weird specially when we were not informed via email , letter , unfortunately the reception agent said that he was off and he does not have any idea about the situation. “Très beau logement mais froid l’hiver, fenêtres non isolantes. La Clim sert de chauffage mais ça ne suffit pas, et le bruit est infernal. En demandant un radiateur d’appoint à l’accueil j’ai l’impression de me faire gronder comme un môme car j’aurai soit disant mal compris le réglage de l’appareil.”

“Service from concierge was great, super clean, nice, and safe neighborhood. Though quite far away from the main attractions, but manageable with taxi services that can be arranged easily with the concierge.”
