“Schönes Haus, TOP-Lage. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns das obere Stockwerk mit Zugang zur Außenküche und dem ausgefallenen offenen Schnitt. Von hier aus hat man seitlich auch den Meerblick. Nachts ist es immer angenehm dort, da man gut durchlüften kann. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Nähe zu den Meeresschwimmbecken ist auch ein dickes Plus! Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!!!”

“Great place to stay for Porter del Carmen old town and harbour. Accommodation is great value for money as a whilst the food in the restaurant was limited choice, it was fairly good for all inclusive buffet.
We enjoyed our stay here but was mainly a base for us.
Be warned that the property is on s hill with lots of steps so if you have mobility issues then this isn't the property for you. Otherwise give it a go, it's good value for money and plenty of bars and restaurants within a few……

“Staff very friendly, rooms very big and regularly serviced. Only food option is the buffet which was plentiful & fresh.
Our week had some strong winds which was a challenge but as the hotel is built around the pools the wind was lessened somewhat.
The aquapark is a 20min walk away and our boys, 15 & 13, thoroughly enjoyed it. We limited it to a half day ticket which was more than enough.
To get to costa teguise you can walk along the roads and it takes between 20-30mins or you can walk directly……

“Really good, basic accommodation. Great view over the pool area.
Downside...listed " Lift " & " Accessible " on their details, but failed to mention the lift only went from Reception up & down to the dining area. They'd put us on the 3rd floor which I couldn't manage. I hadn't thought to mention I'm a wheelchair user as I assumed my needs were covered.
Upside...sorted out very quickly with no fuss - they changed our room to the Ground Floor. Not sure what would've happened if they'd been fully……

Service attentive to requests. Great burger at the snack bar by the pool.
Amount of cutlery and plates just enough for 2-3 people. Small coffee cups, we ended up buying mugs at a local store.”

Lovely pool area. Pool was heated and although not warm was not as Baltic as other pools in Lanzarote which were too cold to get in
