“The apartment is great and in the old town!!Everything is clean and the office(reception) is close to the apartment, just fews minutes walk. The staff at the office is nice and helpful, although we forgot to tell them we will arrive there earlier than the check-in time, they helped us to get into the apartment as soon as possible. I really appreciate them, especially Liisi.”

“Katja was very helpful on WhatsApp before and during the trip with requests and queries. We loved having access to the rooftop terrace and the view of the old town. Size of the apartment was great and the kitchen was well equipped. My only suggestion would be that, for rooms with access to the rooftop through a skylight, it would be good to offer in advance the possibility of covering the skylight for light sleepers like me. The solution to cover it was offered straight away when I asked if……

“Apartment was in an excellent position close to the old town. It is in a new building with a lift. No issues with the apartment apart from the shower unit which is in a bath which is set in a way which is very awkward to get in and out of especially if you are smaller in stature or have issues with mobility. communication with the owners was excellent and the sauna works fine. I would recommend this apartment for a stay in Tallinn.”

“Very disappointing for service and place we stay. Dirty place, it mentioned they provide cleaning service everyday, but no one come to clean up. It also mentioned there are air conditioner but there are no this facility. We complained but they just said that this is hotel.com problem. They should contact Hotel.com but they didn’t. Design of our room is quite strange, we found difficulty to use the toilet. Receptionist need to improve english skill. Bad place to stay. Not recommend to all of you.”
