“Check in was easy, staff have always been helpful and friendly. This is my 3td time staying at this hotel this year. I have come back because of the above reasons. The only complaint I have is that although there is a pool and hot tub, they are still closed for use by health department of Longview for past several months, and hotel seems uninterested in fixing the problem with it. ”

“Exterior and lobby have been nicely updated. Interiors have been about 90% updated. We needed one of their rooms that permitted people to have pets. Beds, furniture, countertops, and bathroom have been updated and were clean. However,floors were sticky and room had a strong mildew smell.”
