“This was a 1-night stop over for us, on the way to Florida. Unfortunately, we only had saltwater poles, or we would have loved to try our luck at fishing the lake. Fish were popping the water everywhere. We really enjoyed watching the gators cruising the lake as well! 1st for us. This was just a simple, no frills campground, but would love to ho back one day. Lodge was clean, and enjoyed sitting on the quiet back deck.”

“I love that the room is so close to the water, a store on property so it's convenient. We stayed here before abs lived it. Brought the kids this time so i wish we would have had the kitchen but ill choose the room next time.. love my stay for sure”

“We loved this place and it was exactly what we needed. We stopped here to rest overnight in the middle of a long trip. We didn't have pets but noted the owner provided dog water and food bowls and even toys for dogs. I'm impressed. The place was cozy, quiet and comfortable. We would definitely stay again. ”
