“We stayed at Peach tree one night in February. It was unseasonably cold but the room stayed nice and warm. It was clean and homey. It is close to downtown Fredericksburg. The breakfast is nothing hot but lots of choices. You need to take it back to your room to eat. ”

“Room had new flooring and bed was very comfy. The room was clean. They are updating this propery, so new floors, new paint, bedding etc. Mike at the office was very nice and helpful! We will be staying here again. ”

“Super cute motel. Very clean and well maintained. Cute Texas themed decor on the outside. We were pulling a trailer and how no issues parking it. Proprietors courteous and friendly. Would stay again. Room photos represented well so I didn't take any pictures of them. ”

“We liked most every thing except came in late to our room went in to room, closed door and secured latches from inside. But as leaving the next morning, shut door from outside, then without using the key I opened the door, door latch did not work. Fortunately no one tried to come in during the night.”

“This was my first time to stay at the Sun Valley although I have been coming to Junction for years. Someone at S. Llano River State Park suggested this hotel, and I gave it a try. First, the owner who checked me in was super nice. The room was recently updated with a full walk-in shower with nice, modern tile. The room felt very clean and comfortable. This is definitely my new go-to hotel when in Junction. Very good value, you should give it a try.,”
