“After a very long car trip, I was happy to walk into a clean, comfortable room with soothing colors and fluffy bed coverings. The shower was hot. The room was quiet. I sleeped very well. I stayed with my two small dogs. There is a large yard out back for their walks. The cabins are a quick drive to all major attractions, grocery store, lakes, ponds, trails, etc. It is across the road from a great pizza place and the railroad museum. Would definitely stay again. ”

“Great, comfortable place to stay. The location is super walkable. There are several bars/restaurants very close, and other areas are close enlighten to walk to as well (I.e. Congress Street). Commercial is a bit of a walk, but if you’re like us and love to walk a new area. It’s not that far. The bed is comfortable and the place was very clean. Communication was great. We would stay here again!”

The property is lined with trees/vegetation providing privacy and the location was central to the area allowing easy navigation to all of Portland. Just 10 minutes from the Jetway and the wharf. The property owner was communicative & the check-in process couldn't have been easier.”

Great restaurants and sightseeing close by as well. Highly recommend! Hosts stayed in touch and responded very quickly. Very quiet area. The few neighbors we met were all lovely people. “We loved the lake house. It was so peaceful and quiet. The lake was beautiful. We floated in our tubes, sat in our camp chairs that we brought and read our books. My favorite things were hearing and seeing the loons, the pileated woodpeckers at the feeders and the magical pathway walk down to the lake. My son lives about 15 minutes away and it was so nice to be close by to him, Portland and Windham. We enjoyed eating dinner out on the deck as well. ”
