Located just 1.5 miles from the scenic Pott's Point Preserve and 1.3 miles from Stover's Cove Beach, this charming home is the perfect base for coastal adventures—whether it's exploring nature trails or enjoying a refreshing swim. Local seafood enthusiasts will enjoy nearby Erica's Seafood (3.6 miles) and the Dolphin Marina & Restaurant (3.7 miles), both offering fresh, delicious catches. After a day of exploration, unwind on the sunporch and bask in the soft afternoon light.
