The third bedroom offers one twin bed and one full bed. There are two full bathrooms, one with a shower/tub combo and laundry, and the other with a shower.

Outside, there is a spacious deck, yard, and access to the oceanfront via a ROW, just steps away, perfect for swimming, launching a kayak, or combing the beach for treasures.
