There are two buildings and 3 living space in the property, we have the main house, the in-law unit and then the bunk house. The main house has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths with attached 2-door garage, above the garage, we have a 1-bedroom 1 bathroom in-law unit(the one with green kitchen). The bunk house has 1 dinning room, 1 living room and 2 bedroom, no bathroom, (under album "living room2"-"dinning room2"-"bedroom 4", and bedroom5" , in the album"backyard", you can see the bunkhouse. We are working on getting permits to put a half bath in the bunk house, finish sometime in 2026.

We renovated the main house in 2024 fall, finishing the in-law unit in March 2025, everything is brand new. The bunk house is truly antique itself, it was built 1795, it is one of the oldest house in Harpswell that is still well maintained, it has the charm that new houses don't have.
