“August 9 - 16Extended family reunion. 18 adults and 2 children staying in 4 cabins on the property. Plenty of rooms and beds for all to sleep comfortably. Well equiped kitchens. Limited kitchen facilities in club house, however we had most of our group meals in Eagle Manor. Lots of activities for all ages between 2 pools and game lodge.A note to baby boomers - found out the site of the 1969 Woodstock Music Festival is only a 1 hour drive in Bethal,NY. Interesting museum there with artifacts and……

“What a terrific time we had at the house! We are a family of 6 adults and 2 young children gathering in Binghamton for a get together. The location was perfect.. centrally located and historic. The house was well appointed.. every detail was thought of, the decor was comfy and quirky and we loved the coffee bar! The beds were comfy and the backyard had enough room to play and a comfy sitting area with a fire pit. The instruction booklet spelled out all the necessary information and gave us……

“attended the blue's festival was a great time. we were right across the street from it a short walk. the apartment was an old Victorian home with charm. there was a couple things that needed repair, the kitchen faucet came off and the floors were dirty. We were not in the apartment very much so it really wasn't a big deal”
