“Students were moving out and had overfilled the trash dumpster. Our little bit of trash still got. They also were loudly celebrating early, but didn't bother my sleep.”

“This apartment was in a great location for us as it was graduation weekend. Two full bedrooms and two full baths were appreciated. It was very clean and ready for us at 4 PM. We did leave comments regarding needing another key fob, more towels, and basic kitchen items. We were just there for two nights, but it was worth it!”

“This building was really cool and was built in the 1920's. The windows in this place were beautiful and there was so much natural light. The kitchen and bathrooms were nicely renovated. The furniture was comfortable but sparse. The neighborhood is really quiet. The neighborhood is in transition. There were some homes that had been fully renovated and some that were vacant. Still felt safe there. Plenty of parking on the street. There were security cameras.The HVAC unit doesn't work so……

“We stayed here for a weekend to see a few concerts coming through Columbus. It was a perfect spot near our venues and there were a lot of restaurant options on the main road.The unit itself was pretty spacious and comfortable for 2 people. We did not use the laundry during our stay but the shower and bathroom were super nice. “This is close to campus and easy to get to and from campus from here. Place has a little wear and tear from rentals but ideal for a weekend near campus. I wish the description let you know it is a walk up unit without elevator access. Was considering renting again and bringing grandparents but will not accommodate them without an elevator. Great for a weekend visit”

“I stayed at Tom's rental for about a week while I was working up in Columbus recently. It was exactly as advertised. Nice, newly updated kitchen, and comfortable room and living quarters. This apartment is in the middle of town, so if you have a hard time sleeping with outside noise, you might need to sleep in the living room. Other than that, everything is positive except one tiny detail. The hot water pressure in the shower needs to be addressed. It definitely works, and the water is decently……

“Overall a great stay! Pros: the location was perfect and the parking spot a huge plus. Quiet apartment for being so close to the main road in Short North. Check in and out process was seamless. Would definitely stay here again. Some cons: neither of the ceiling fans worked, and the overhead light in the master was broken. The bedroom got warm, even with the vents wide open. We were supplied one regular sized bath towel, one smaller towel, and then wash cloths.”
