Front desk staff did not indicate that there was a ramp to use to take my luggage from the first to the second floor when I asked about an elevator on check in, so I carried it up the steps only to later find a ramp on the other end of the hall. Later, front desk helped to resolve my desk lamp that was not working. They didn´t stop until I had a workable lamp! Public area carpets and floors were dirty for the whole stay. Hot tub did not work. They ran out of fruit and yogurt for the 2nd day´s breakfast, so there were no healthy options to have.

I believe that the hotel is overpriced. I requested a suite and came basically to an empty space. It was lacking furniture and the floors were very dirty. The shower tub was sinking, and the plumbing was bad. The sink and the shower would not drain properly so you have to stand in dirty water as you showered. The breakfast room is very small and they were short on staff. They ran out of food and people were waiting in patiently with their children for one staff member to run the breakfast room. Smell of skunk weed was in the air. I could go on, but I definitely would not recommend this hotel.

My first room smelled like smoke, but got switched immediately. Hair dryer mount, broken. TV remote, not working. Hallway floors not too clean.

Pulling into the place was a bit odd. Definitely needs work for first appearances because we saw chairs on the restaurant roof that is connected the hotel? I️ don’t know bit shady looking but plenty of parking! Only issue I️ have is how they “offered” pay at property but would charge you beforehand because it’s policy. Do not offer that if that is not the case. I wanted to pay in cash yet not an option, bummer! The two gentleman that helped us seemed a bit overwhelmed and even stop other guest to confirm they stayed there. I️ don’t think they trust people who stay there but it was a bit odd too see. Also, is there no a/c in the breakfast area???? Like why was it unbelievably hot and stuffy. Also there was many postings of “please be grateful for eating, do not wasting food”. We got it at the first two but the additional ones was crazy. Anyways, rooms were super cold which I️ enjoy and the design was lovely definitely has been renovated recently.

The property was unclean. The prices are too high. Staff was unprofessional. I had to clean the bathroom myself and it didn't have a shower curtain. The hot tub in the pool was dirty. Water was gray. And the pool water was dirty

this place is horrible. We got the best room of the hotel and they can’t even keep the place clean at all the tub was dirty. The Jacuzzi tub was even dirtier and don’t get me started with the refrigerator. Whoever previously live there the maids did not clean anything and also the pillows were dirty as well. I would never recommend coming here and it’s so expensive.

I definitely liked the price , it was a quarter of the cost of going to hotel hershey. Generally staff was friendly to us. You can tell it needs a major cleaning, but if cost is your most important factor , i would stay here. We never felt unsafe. My biggest issue is the same day i checked out (yesterday) i called the hotel as i realized one of my expensive earrings was still there (i had fallen asleep with them on and only took off the one from the side i was laying on since i was not really awake) when i called i was told to call back , same thing when i called again. I was told to call back 3 times and now when i call im just placed on hold for several minutes with no one coming back on line. It is a 3 hour drive otherwise i would run over there but now i guess its gone forever. Its absolutely my own fault but its kind of a "get what you pay for " lesson i guess since i am 100% sure that hotel hershey would have had it and mailed it to me.

This property is off the highway but behind another property. Not very well lit. No front desk staff was available, even called for assistance and no answer. Fridge is like a mini fridge, no real space, floor was scratched up, bathroom was stained, towels and wash clothes were old and stained. The bathroom door swung right in front of the toilet. Someone's false eyelash was on the floor. One of the workers was sitting barefoot on the dresser in another room being cleaned. My kids wouldn't even go to breakfast after seeing that! The hot water was scalding hot and reversed on the sink. Just a mess. Would not stay here again.

The breakfast needs to have a better fruit selection and another waffle maker. The traffic of guests is tight and it could take you more than 30 mins to get to the machine to make your waffle. The AC in the room was leaking and it drenched the bags that I had on the floor.
