Terrible stay. Must have been an annoying children convention in town. Kids running up and down the halls until 11pm, screaming, slamming doors. Staff seemed indifferent. Just wanted to get some sleep, but I guess that’s too much to ask for.
Asked for an hour late check out to catch up on the sleep I lost - gentleman at the front desk said absolutely not, bleh.

The good: The staff here is INCREDIBLE! Please do not change a thing. Everyone is so nice so accommodating, and so sweet. Just that alone will insure that I will absolutely be staying here again. The restaurant was great as well!
The not so good: Though the place was very clean, there was a smell in the hallways, I don’t know if it was the carpets or what..but it kind of
Smelled like musty water. And that’s pretty much the only thing that would make not want to stay there.

If you have business downtown Harrisburg, the Hilton is a great option to consider. It met every need I had. I would reccomend the Hilton. It was an excellent choice.

First time in Harrisburg. We are here for a quick overnight trip. The hotel is amazing, staff is excellent. Very clean, VERY BEAUTIFUL!! Hotel bar/restaurant top tier!!

Despite having Hilton Honors Gold status we weren’t able to check in via Mobile app. Also the room’s phone had no working handset. Furthermore room service wasn’t available due to staffing so had to go to the restaurant but had to wait for seating despite only 1/3 capacity of tables used. Due to poor staffing they weren’t seating more than a 1/3 capacity. Due to no waiter coming to us we decided to just do the buffet and we were finished with our meal before a waiter ever came by and to give us beverages and coffee. Regretting have recently purchased HGV membership.

The valet service was exceptional and kind. When checking in they asked me when I would be leaving. The next day my car was waiting promptly for me as I checked out even though I did not call for the car. Little things like that make a difference.
