We have a very pleasant stay. My kids really enjoyed being there. The breakfast provided was very nice and Steve made sure everything was well stocked at all times. Will be booking here again in the future.

The property was clean and felt safe and had plenty of parking. The staff was super nice, greeting everyone and asking if they needed anything. Not much to complain about but if I had to, the breakfast was super basic and never varied. Eggs, turkey sausage, white bread for toast, yogurt, apples and super sugary cereals. No granola to go with the yogurt. They did have two waffle makers which helped because it seemed busier during the week than on the weekend. Rooms had Keurig machines therefore the coffee was tastier in the room than in the breakfast area. The bathroom and hallway lighting was dim so hard to makeup on for us gals. Would I stay again? Yes. We were there for 4 nights.

The lady at the front desk was a bit rude, they do not provide housekeeping services until you request one and I had to walk to the front desk to get toilet paper and towels. The lights were dim in the room and no brightness. The breakfast was good atleast.

We booked this Property specifically because they had a pool, 10 mins after checking in they closed it “for cleaning” as I was told. Stayed closed till next morning before check out. Several amenities in room including lights and door inoperable.

There were many problems with the maintenance of this hotel. Our room had condensation dripping from the ceiling the entire stay. There was mildew forming. The carpet was damp as well.

One room had mold all over the bottom of the pullout bed where kids were sleeping. There where no towels in one room and they were rude about everything. The rooms were dirty. Even for free it would have been to expensive.

The service and staff made this an excellent experience - the front desk people were great and especially want to call out the breakfast attendant on June 20th - he was so good and his service, focus on guest needs and friendly demeanor is enough to make the difference for us in booking this hotel on our next visit!

The room was dirty. The pool was extremely dirty. Big globs of hair floating in it. So disappointed. My kids were very upset about this. The first room we were in had dirty towels on the closet floor so they moved us to another room. The 2nd room was still dirty. Cob web in the corner of the ceiling, food left in the refrigerator, hair tie full of hair left handing behind the door on the door stopper. Needs better cleaning.

There was nothing really bad about out stay here. The staff was friendly (both the at check in and at breakfast). There were minor inconveniences that could have added more to the stay. The cable did not have a guide to what was on (having a 10-year-old flip through the channels was a bit annoying). There was only one elevator and no stairs that could have been utilized to walk the one flight up or down to the lobby. There were also maintenance issues that could have made the hotel look maintained (large hole in bathroom where hairdryer might have been at, another hole in the bathroom that could have been repaired). There were not enough chairs at the pool and the chairs that were there were bolted down. Again, all of these were minor inconveniences that did not impact the quality of sleep I had or the interactions that I had with staff. I did question if it was worth the money that I paid for the night.

I’m extremely disappointed with my stay at the La Quinta Inn near Hershey Park. The room was absolutely unacceptable — I found roaches, and there were noticeable stains on the bedding. When I brought these serious concerns to the attention of the overnight front desk staff, I was met with unprofessionalism and indifference. Rather than offering a solution, I was essentially told to find another hotel because there was “nothing they could do.” The condition of the room and the lack of customer service were shocking, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Showed up greeted nicely. However the room smelled beyond musty. Didn’t have a tv remote, which was odd. All around room looked like it hadn’t been clean since the last guest. Very disappointing.

Nightstands still had food crumbs in them.

Super clean hotel, friendly staff and close to restaurants. Easy on/off Rte 81. We needed two rooms including one dog friendly one. We booked online, so much cheaper than calling 800 reservation line. We’d definitely stay here again on our next trip north.
