Good service and good location. Located in the center of Harrison Spring. The facilities are new and very clean. However, the sound insulation effect is poor. You can hear clearly when walking and closing the door in the next room.

I usually don’t expect much from a motel, but this was the loveliest one I’ve ever stayed in! I have to start with the room. It must’ve been recently renovated because everything felt new and contemporary. The flooring was warm and inviting (even in the hallway which is rare for motels), the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was exceptional - complete with a full tub and modern decor. Everything was so clean! The room had a mini fridge, good sized TV and a sweet balcony facing the lake and the mountains. The only thing missing was a dresser for unpacking my clothes, but it was a small detail in light of everything else. The front desk staff were very kind, even offering my boyfriend and I free gelato next door as it was my 50th birthday! Nice touch. We had a small spill on the duvet upon arrival, and the lady came up with new covers and a very positive attitude. Major bonus points for that! The property is walking distance to everything, and very convenient for seeing concerts at the neighbouring Memorial Hall. Plenty of restaurants nearby, and right across the street from the Lagoon. All in all, for a birthday stay, the Harrison Grand was a perfect and affordable location. I highly recommend it!

This hotel is located in such a convenient place and is so nice that you have nothing else to ask for. Recently renovated, the rooms area very comfy with all the amenities of home. Highly recommend this hotel for your next visit to Harrison hot springs.

A Wonderful Stay at Harrison Grand Motel! Everything about our stay was fantastic! The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the lake and surrounded by great restaurants and shops. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend Harrison Grand Motel to anyone visiting the area. We’ll definitely be back!

We only stayed here for 1 night, but wish we could have stayed for longer. Our stay at this motel was nothing short of exceptional. Suite was super clean, bed was comfy, staff did absolutely ever thing they could to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Will be recommending this motel to friends and family. The concierge contacted me by phone during check-in hours to confirm my imminent arrival. Welcomed us enthusiastically, and checked us in rapidly. The room (King Suite) was very clean, and had loads of room. There was adequate linen, and the room was quiet. Everything that we used worked. Absolutely no complaints, and other than the lack of a balcony or a view, I would definitely stay again. I witnessed the staff keeping immaculate care of the grounds and rooms, so I was impressed.

We loved our stay at the Harrison Grand Motel! Don’t let the word ‘motel’ fool you, I’ve had a better stay here than some reputable hotels. The had everything, Keurig coffee maker, kettle, ironing board/iron, and what loved most was that it had enough outlets for all our devices on each night stand. They had shampoo/conditioners/body wash dispensers and hair dryer. We had a little balcony and a nice view of the lake and mountain…very beautiful. The room was modern and very clean. And…it was close to everything. Would definitely stay there again.
