“Staff was very understanding and accomodating when we checked in late at night on a rainy day. Suite was just as described, the only thing was that the people above us were EXTREMELY LOUD. We could hear what must have been a party because furniture was being heavily moved around, someone sounded like they were bouncing a ball and we could hear their voices so clearly, we had to ask front desk to tell those people to tone down the noise at 9pm. Other than that, our stay was very nice.”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a perfect location in walking distance to shops and restaurants, and had a lovely view from the balcony looking onto the water and out to the mountains. We loved that there was plenty of space for our little one to explore, and that he could have his own room. We went at a really cold time of year so we couldn’t enjoy the balcony or rooftop unfortunately but hope to come back another time in the spring to enjoy that. It was quite chilly in the main area……
