“Staff was very understanding and accomodating when we checked in late at night on a rainy day. Suite was just as described, the only thing was that the people above us were EXTREMELY LOUD. We could hear what must have been a party because furniture was being heavily moved around, someone sounded like they were bouncing a ball and we could hear their voices so clearly, we had to ask front desk to tell those people to tone down the noise at 9pm. Other than that, our stay was very nice.”

Communications needs to be a little more clear as it was a bit confusing to find our suit as it wasn’t a room inside. It was like what is meant to be a store space and it was repurposed for a suite. “Amazing location for a family, especially with kids! Close easy access to the lake trails and other amenities.Also close to a lot of drivable locations that are fun for for families.The unit itself was also amazing. Had a perfect layout with the bedrooms, living room, and kitchen.The host was also amazing with all communication and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay.I’d highly recommend in staying here for anybody coming as a family for a vacation holiday or planning a……

“The location can’t be beat. We love how it’s close to the lake but not too close that parking would be hard. This is our 2nd stay at this property and we’ve just parked on the street. It was listed as 3 bedrooms but I think a more accurate description would be 2 bedrooms and a loft. The loft doesn’t have a door and is open so we had to reconsider rooming list when we got there. Knowing this for next time would make us more prepared. We enjoyed our staycation very much. ”

“Over all it was pretty good! Bright, clean, modern, well equipped with small appliances but the dishwasher advertised was not there. The pictures in advertisements were somewhat outdated. We found the furniture took up too much floor space making it feel cramped. The description’Roof Top’ was misleading to us. The unit was at the rear of the property on third floor not the fourth floor. It would have been helpful to know it was walking up two flights of stairs. The building was quiet and great……

“There were so many beds to choose from and they were all so comfy! We loved the media room for movie nights with the kids! We loved having the outdoor kitchen for a family bbq! All of the indoor and outdoor games were so much fun, we didn’t even need to leave the property! ”

“The place was roomy and spacious, way better then a hotel! Two of the beds weren't made, no apology was given and they insisted on interrupting our trip to come and make the beds after I said please dont. I probably wouldnt even bother to write this review had there been a sincere apology, I mean things happen right...Also the king bed was way too hard and there was glass doors on the den without curtains so you could not have privacy in that room. I think it could be way better if some things……
