“We have rented a number of places on VRBO and this is our favorite. It was charming, clean and spacious. We don't have small children but if we did this would be perfect with a game room downstairs and an outdoor playhouse. Would definitely return! ”

“We came to New York for very sad circumstances. To bury a loved one. We left New York one of the best experiences as a family having the space and the comfort and the luxury that we deserved in such time. It was a wonderful day. It is nestled in the heart of the city close to the park close to all shopping close to food. It’s one of the most stress-free experiences I’ve ever had at any hospitality home/hotel. I’m grateful and I will stay again.”

“The house is located in a great neighborhood. We really enjoyed the ease of parking in the neighborhood. And most things are walkable to. The house itself was comfortable, yet it was a bit dusty. The great was good and the bathrooms served us well. Our only concern was the upkeep of the house in general. Things just felt about ramshackle. We give the place four stars.”

“Apartment was large spacious and clean. Check in a but stressful. Requested. 30 mintue early check in so my daughters and i could get ready for a wedding we were attending. Host could not give a definitive answer and check in instructions werent sent but 20 minutes before check in. NO PARKING. 30 mintues driving around at midnight to find a spot 6 blockes away. Thats a long walk in heels aftering dancing all night! LoL. I dont know the area so I assumed there would be parking. I will ask from……

“House is absolutely perfect! This is our second time staying and we will definitely return. So much charm and warmth. I had the best sleep that I have had in months. All the amenities you could ask for, and more. Terrific convenient location. Host goes above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable. ”

“The suite was very clean. Although the heater broke on one of the days of our stay it was fixed rapidly. Very close to the subway and deli and restaurants etc. ”

“The home was spacious and provided recreation for kids with hot tub, gym, ping pong, foosball, and game. However, property was advertised as 9 bedrooms and 7 baths. My family looked forward to spreading out but 4 bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms were locked. Text host to see if he would open them but he declined. That was disappointing.”

“A beautiful welcoming home. It was a perfect location for family that had just discovered each other through ‘23 and me’, to finally meet and share a new beginning. Danny and Ali were patient and kind hosts. Thank you.”

“I have stayed in several vacation homes in Nyack. Some were swankier, most were cleaner or better stocked, but none was more comfortable or in a better location. The neigborhood is quiet, the house has loads of privacy, and you can easily walk to anything in town. There is a short but very steep part on this walk, so bring some sneakers if walking in town is your thing. This is the perfect place to stay if you want to feel as though you LIVE in Nyack. This was my fourth stay at this house. ”

“My family stayed at this property for my triathlon at Jones Beach. Very easy to access the beach area- less than 20 min drive. Host was very responsive when I had questions about the property. Clean and exactly like the listing- would definitely recommend! ”

“Perfectly fine no frills but comfortable and good value place to stay with gaming Long Island. Stairs into the duplex pretty steep, they were hard for my FIL. Beds comfy, heating worked well, safe neighborhood handy to stores/restaurants. Park nearby on the water was pretty. ”
