Needed a last-minute stay in Harrisonburg, Va., and was very happy we found extended stay premier suites at such an affordable price. The hotel is so clean, smells good, and the rooms and bathrooms were immaculate and well-maintained. The bed is comfortable, and there's a small kitchen and large fridge in our room, and the AC worked perfectly. It's literally one of the best and cheapest stays I've ever had. And I've been to so many hotels, Airbnbs, and inns. Nothing can beat this place when it comes to pricing, comfort, and location.

The Extended Stay America was very clean, the staff was very friendly and it was quiet. However, there were only two towels in the room for a four person room, there was a tiny bottle of shampoo and no body lotion and there wasn't a blowdryer in the room, we had to ask for one at the desk. The complimentary breakfast was a disappointment, it was all pre-packaged items. We ended up going out for breakfast because nothing was appealing at the hotel. Overall not the best experience but definitely not the worst.

We ended up here for a weekend family party and from the get go, things went wrong. The room smelled and the ac didn't work. So, they moved us to a new room, which seemed fine. That night, the toilet clogged. My husband got a plunger and, after fifteen minutes, could not clear the clog. So the hotel sent a maintenance guy with a snake. It took him a while but he declared the clog cleared and said that the toilet paper, which was provided by the hotel, was too strong for the toilet. He solution was that, after we wiped ourselves, we should throw the paper in the trash instead of flushing it. We then spent the rest of the weekend plunging after ever use. Never stay here again!

Clean, spacious rooms well appointed. Appears new. Needs some paint on the hallways where the laundry carts bump against but beside that is in great condition. The bathrooms are large and the showers are luxurious-well lit and spacious. They have granola bars and yogurt at breakfast and 24 hour coffee. Staff are very friendly. Would stay again.

Hello, I have stayed here twice now and the elavator as well as the hallways smell like pot. I love everything about the place and I know it's allowed now so not much you can do about it but maybe keep air freshners in the hallway or elavator. I loved the hotel in general and we will be staying with you again for graduation.
