Leave the stress behind at this scenic Powell River retreat! It’s a short drive to Lincoln Memorial University and Museum, Cumberland Gap National park, Chained Rock, Wilderness Road, Norris Lake, and Tacket Creek (4 wheeling) Bring your kayak and fishing poles if you wish! There are many paddling adventures that await you! Main thing is enjoy and make memories! If you have a larger group we have another cabin with accommodations up to 4 on the property as well!
The space
Kitchen is fully equipped with gas range, microwave, fridge, ect. Queen size bed and a pull out sofa! Roku TVs WiFi Dining room table seats 4 Washer and dryer AC/Heat

Make your self at home in this beautiful country setting on the Powell River!
Other things to note
You may want to bring kayaks canoes fishing equipment if you wish! Binoculars for watching wildlife!

I’m a crow caller. I was able to call in the morning while enjoying my coffee overlooking nature. We stayed two nights and look forward to our next visit. Beautiful area!

A gem off the beaten path

Really cool property, very secluded and beautiful - you can see the river from the front porch. The cabin itself is newly remodeled and very nice. Covered front porch with grill was nice for the rainy days. Host was friendly and responsive.

Front porch sitting

The property owner made sure we knew about the breaker popping. I was a little concerned not getting check-in information ahead of time, but we will definitely go back. I loved drinking my coffee on the front porch watching the river.
