“Very good location for Mahakal temple. Goverdan and Bijaya at the reception both were very helpful and always cheerful.”

“Lovely property. Amazing staff. Great food. Only hiccup is distance from the mahakal temple . Need to take auto everytime. Other than that no complaint. Highly recommended ”

“The room was spacious and at a reasonable price, there were some issues though like the telecom was not working, and the Kettle was dirty and not working, but this thing didn't bother me much. It was a good stay.”

“We ended up settling for night after moving into the room third time. First was so much full of foul smell that we refused to take it, the second they moved us to, when we turned the light, the cockroaches were running around in the room, the washroom shower lines were so dirty, eroded with rust that we wouldn’t want to touch them. When called the reception, they moved us to another room claiming that part of the hotel was newly built. It was after 9 pm and we had no choice but to take it as we……

“Bad bathroom, rusty and i got sick but still kicked me out at 10. I requested and offer extra money for couple of hours but kicked us out.”

“The hotel is very overpriced (esp. on Expedia) relative to similar options nearby. It’s better to call the hotel directly to get a lower rate. Check in was a mess since reception sent me to a lower category room and then took an hour to correct the mistake. The front desk was very rude and not welcoming at all. We had a reservation for four nights and hoped that the hotel staff would be professional and polite. Will certainly not recommend the hotel to anyone.”
