I'm still trying to get ahold of someone for my refund. This hotel was disgusting. I cannot get in contact with Expedia over the phone, just like nobody answered me when I called the Comfort Inn.

The curb appeal was terrible. Looked almost as if abandoned. First floor side exit door window was bust. We were told the homeless like to mess around and throw things at the door. That corridor was locked at the doors to the lobby by a padlock. Shower was broke. Dirty washcloth hanging in the shower. When asked for another room they asked if they needed to send housekeeping to my room after I have been there for several hours. Next room shower was not sealed and sprayed the wall but at least operated. Although the tub did not drain. And there was no smoke detector.

This was by far the worst comfort inn we have ever stayed in. Our room had a terrible odor. The hair dryer didn't work, the room phone didn't work. The hotel ATM was out of order. Breakfast was a complete joke. Hardly any choices at all. Juice was all gone, meat served only 1 out of 3 days. Eggs were tasteless. Yogurt was gone by 9:00 am. They had a toaster but no bread. The husband and wife sat in the dining room and if we asked for something they just said "no". The outside of the place was terrible and needed mowing. The grass and weeds were tall and unkept. The indoor pool was roped off due to the state not allowing entrance but the owner said it was fine to swim in. All in all I urge you to stay somewhere else. It was a terrible experience to say the least.

The entire facility is clearly outdated and falling apart. Toilets flooded, shower improperly works, holes in the walls. Elevator buttons missing. Rooms smell of heavy curry and filthy. Closet doors missing or off the hinges.

It was an incredible ordeal canceling this reservation. Hilton Honors works so much better. I canceled two reservations on Monday and it took about 50 minutes on the phone today to make sure they were canceled. Expedia had to call the hotel to get me a refunded. I will never use expedia for any of my travel plans.

Room was clean and staff were polite and respectful. Hotel is old, fitness equipment are out of service. The air conditioning instrument is worn out and air has a burning smell or spices. You only get one towel and not a big one. Toilet is very very old and small. The place needs major renovation. Won't go back to it

Do not recommend! I viewed three different rooms, and all were completely unacceptable. There was hair on the pillows and in the beds, the bathrooms were dirty, and the sheets and mattresses were stained. In the first two rooms, I even found actual dirt in the bedding. The entire place had a terrible odor—like a mix of cigarette smoke and strong disinfectant. It was filthy enough that I chose not to stay, but despite that, they refused to refund my money. I ended up booking a room at a different hotel nearby and just took the loss.

This property was old and in need of renovation Carpets were old molding and stained the lobby was small & crapped. The public areas were not properly cleaned. The room was old out dated and needed complete renovation. Ok for one night stay but look at other options I expect more from a brand like Comfort Inn Choice Hotel needs to update this location

I booked this hotel for 2 reasons, The Pool & Breakfast. The pool they stated was closed due to them adding chemicals but reading through other reviews, seems like the pool has been closed for months. They only offer waffles for breakfast and very limiting seating. So you have to sit with strangers or eat standing up. One of 2 elevators were not working. Ice machines in the entire hotel stopped working. The hotel is absolutely disgusting and im working on hopefully getting a refund. Do not book this hotel at all, they have a hotel 6 across the street, wish i had booked with them instead. Also the AC in the room barely worked, woke up drenched in sweat my entire stay

The property isn’t clean, elevators are in disrepair. Rooms are dirty, sheets dirty and stained, television broken, breakfast buffet was one waffle maker and white bread. The staff didn’t want to change my room when I told them the tv didn’t work. They did, but not without rolling her eyes at me. NEVER AGAIN!
