The hallways and our room reeked of cheap weed and tobacco smoke. There was vomit in the parking lot just outside the door. People drinking and smoking and blaring music from their cars in the parking lot. And people who were obviously high attempting to use the vending machine. Also, there were three of us staying in my room, but only two towels and when I asked for a third, I was told there were no more. I know this part of Connecticut is a major drug corridor, so some of the stuff didn’t surprise me, but I would at least expect there would be enough towels for everybody. But the check-in clerk seemed friendly.

Bathroom vent was covered with dirt & dust and it was not cleaned when asked. Cigarette & lighter found in room. Hallways smelled of Marijuana & cigarette smoke (non-smoking facility) that permeated the room. The towels were not that clean (one had a footprint on it). Staff did not appear to care when these items were brought to their attention. Room did NOT appear as shown in the pictures.

We were checked in for 30 minutes the hotel smelled like marijuana the floor in our room was filthy and had hair in the sheets and towels. Upon checkout 30 minutes after check in the front desk person didn't take note or our complaint and refused to issue a refund to Expedia. When I called the hotel to follow up they claimed I wasn't on their records and hung up.

No latch on the room door to lock it. No lock on the sliding door to go outback. Floors very dirty, large spiders very loud neighbors. No surcurity key locks to get into the building so people could walk in right off the street.
