Good Morning -
I stayed at the Motel 6 in Wethersfield, CT last night. It was not a pleasant experience. I had read the reviews, and knew I wasn't staying at a luxury hotel, but I did expect bare minimum to be met.
Upon arriving in my room, I turned on the TV only to discover the coaxial cable had been ripped from the television. I contacted the front desk, and they did send maintenance to replace the cable. Great job there!
Prior to their arrival, however, I realized I was not in the room I reserved. I had booked a room with a queen size bed, a refrigerator, and a microwave. I had a full-size bed, and neither appliance. I again called the front desk. I was hung up on.
Attempting to contact corporate, I called the number I'd found only to be connected to the front desk. Upon stating what room I was calling from, I was told they were aware of the cable issue but were busy. I cut in to say I'd been given the wrong room - that I'd booked the above-described room.
