I mean for the price it’s alright a few issues I had the pool was a bit dirty ,my ac would work but made a terrible noise at times,my toilet didn’t flush had to get someone to fix that. I honestly thought the two beds were nice and clean aswell as towels,pillows,furniture in general it was okay. Just needs some improvements and it’s perfect.

This hotel was fine. Not going to eat off the floor but clean. Staff were friendly enough. My family stayed here for a few days because my husband had a conference in the area and it was the closest hotel in our price range with a pool. Our biggest complaint was no fan or vent in the shower, which made the bathroom floor very wet after anyone had a shower. All the floors were hard, not carpeted, so the dampness created a bit of a slipping hazard, especially for my 4 yr old. They also didn’t have towels in the pool area, which meant we were perpetually short of dry towels in the room. This made the wet bathroom floor even worse as we were constantly trying to dry the floor and still have enough towels.

Property was dated with the exception of the lobby. There is no elevator access so you have to carry your luggage up to the second floor and the stair well smells of mold and moisture. The bed linen had stains on the sheets and mattress pads and the bathroom was dated and dirty. DON'T STAY HERE.

We enjoyed our stay here for just the one night we’re were there. The hallways were dirty and the outside of the building appears run down/out dated. The lobby was clean and well taken care of. Our room was clean and comfortable. We had the tiniest little balcony that was just enough to open the sliding door that we enjoyed. Loved the pillows on the bed, super comfortable. The AC worked amazingly. Close to the highway - could hear the cars driving by from our room. During the day you could hear planes flying over head landing at the airport near by. Overall we would stay her again.

Our rooms were not properly cleaned. There was balloons and empty juice bottles under the beds from the previous guest. Also no elevators made it very inconvenient to bring up our belongings to the second floor. Front end the lady who took care of us was a sweetheart and please to work with. However the front end manager was rude and he got annoyed when we asked him to help us bring up our belongings. The pool was nice but toooo cold and there were a lot of people also a random pole at the entrance of the pool that was cut off and sticking out. It is dangerous I had to sit by it make sure my kids didn’t impale themselves with it.

When entering, the place looks pretty nice. When we walked to our room, there was trash on the hallway floors and it smelled strongly of marijuana. The room was clean, I'll give them that. It was hard to sleep because someone was running up and down the halls and the neighbors in the connecting room were squeaking their bed all hours of the night. People were talking loudly outside of our room, both inside and outside. We have stayed at lower rated hotels/motels, but this was worse. We wanted breakfast, it was advertised as a breakfast buffet. It was cereal and one waffle maker with milk and cereal and syrup all spilt all over the dining area. Again, the smell of pot permeated the room, our kids were gagging and felt very unsafe. Will not be back.

This property was down right disgusting. Unmade beds, very strong marajuana smell in the room, police at the entrance. Very unfriendly. Refused to stay and booked another hotel. Definitely did not feel safe with my kids there. Will NOT recommend or stay at this chain.

The bathroom had hair everywhere, there was no drain cover, hair was found in the linens, the pool water was cloudy and it was clear it needed more filtering. The continental breakfast was eggs, sausage, white toast, 3 types of cereal, 1 cannister of coffee, 1 jug of orange juice in a fridge and 1 waffle iron. There was no water or fruit when asked. Breakfast started at 7, we got there at 715 and waited 30 minutes for eggs to be replenished.

It was trash. We had to ask for new sheets. Both beds were used and had many hair and plastic wrapper and a straw in them. The room was so cold and drafty we had to sleep in our sweatshirts. There were multiple rooms being used to host very loud parties very late into the morning. There were small children and loud music until after 3am. You will also hear a plane take off every few minutes, but somehow that is truly the afterthought in our tortured evening. I cannot believe we paid for this experience. Truly never been more appalled. And because we booked through the 3rd party site we were denied a refund.
