“We enjoyed our stay at Nathan's property. The property was very clean, warm, and met the needs of our family, traveling with our dog. Check in was simple and the home is located on a quiet dead end lane. The home has a bit of a forward tilt, as it appears that there may have been some shifting in the foundation. When in the area, we would certainly stay here again. home ”

“Our family had plenty of room. There was no instructions regarding the trash and recyclables. There were no grab bars in the stone shower. There should have been a chair in the bedroom. There should be a sensor light outside when you come home in the dark. Per the notice we could have parked 4 cars, no way with that steep driveway. Parking is a little tricky. With that said everything was fine. Our stay was great. We really were only there to sleep.”

“We traveled to the Upper Valley for a ski weekend and this house was very convenient to Quechee, I-89, and Woodstock. Our son loved the swingset and exploring in the woods! We missed having a dishwasher but there was ample dish drying area provided. ”

“Very nice place to stay in Killington. The rooms were clean. The manager was awesome to deal with and we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend”

“The location is amazing right on the river with walking distance to downtown Woodstock. As an old colonial, the house is full of antique charm. It's well equipped for a small family. The only real issue we had was the heating system is an old steam radiator system that's a little bit noisy.”

“This is the perfect family ski base for a family of 6 with or without a dog. It was cozy and spacious at the same time. Clean, quiet and very well stocked. Plenty of drawers, shelves and a large space at the entrance for all your ski gear. Beautiful Vermont views including a big, old barn with a cupola on top like something out of a postcard. It was about 13 minutes from Killington and not close to many dining options, but neither were an obstacle for us. Just a note that there are 2 bunk rooms……

“The host went above and beyond for us! There were plenty of linens, towels, spare toiletries, and a fully stocked kitchen— coffee, spices, oils, you name it! My sister lives close by and I can’t wait to make this our go to VRBO when visiting her. The guest book and welcome station was also quite memorable! If only I could share the photos I took. Thank you for a great stay and making this place feel like home away from home!”

“The Lake House was a fantastic place to stay for a ski weekend in VT. It's perfectly located with just 30 minutes to Killington and 15 minutes to Okemo. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. ”
