“My family had a wonderful stay! We were in town for my sister's wedding and didn't know much about the area. The owners left a great book highlighting nearby restaurants and shopping. Would love to stay again next time we are in the area.”

“This was a quaint little place. It was good for what we needed. Located near downtown, close parking to front door and quiet area. Kitchen stovetop was dated but was able to use for breakfast. No televisions in the bedrooms which we loved!! Didn’t use the patio cause there was no patio furniture. Internet connection couldn’t connect because we couldn’t locate it and the one given in instructions didn’t show up.”

“We were in Ft. Smith for the USSSA Baseball Tournament June 27-29, 2025 so I needed something close to the Kelley Park Ballfields. I looked at some hotels but then decided to check VRBO and found this really cute house that was only 8 minutes from the fields and more affordable, too. I loved that it had 3 bedrooms so both boys (ages 8 and 10) could have their own rooms. The middle room has a trundle bed under the twin bed, the room to the right has a full (or maybe queen) bed, and the master……

“We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin! We appreciated the thoughtfulness that the owner obviously put into the cabin. Waiters for the nearby river for fishing hung on a rack, hot chocolate, snacks, candy and popcorn were on the counter, you can tell they care. The location was so peaceful and quiet! The hot tub on the back porch was our favorite part - it was the perfect spot to watch the sun rise. I saw a few mention the loft being hot, and it seemed they had installed an ac upstairs to help……

“This house was perfect for our overnight stay! Exceptionally clean, well stocked and comfortable. Very nice neighborhood too. Communication with host was flawless. Loved the fenced yard and being able to park on the driveway. Strongly recommend! ”
