"Check in was supposed to be 3:00pm. I got there at 3:49 and my room still wasn’t ready. There were a bunch of people standing in the lobby waiting to get their rooms too. We were all there for a concert. People were getting ready in the lobby since their rooms weren’t ready. Due to this we also missed ..."

"I am first time guest of a Hyatt hotel. From check-in, to the bar, to check, to help to my car…it was an amazing experience! I needed a room near an elevator for mom and that is what we got. Very spacious room, welcoming lobby and all interactions with staff were enjoyable. I will be back!"
