“It was a beautiful hotel although they had their maintenance team start the landscaping by blowing leaves at 6am which quite loud that early in the morning. Otherwise, wonderful stay. ”

“房間內整體是滿不錯的,但是室內沒有堪用的小桌子 可惜浴室太小,沒有置物架,蓮蓬頭無法調整,沒浴缸,燈是壞掉的.... 浴室是非常大的敗筆, 另外陽台的吊椅在晚上的時候,實在非常的棒!!!!”

“Check in was easy and earlier than normal hours. The host was good and easy going. My room was clean and spacious. Wouldn't use the bbq on the balcony as it looked rusty and tired. The bbq in the pool area looked a little bit tired as well. The property surrounds were neat and tidy. Easy access to parking and a lift is available. Overall, a nice place to stay and relax.”

“The Reef Retreat setting is very nice and tranquil. The only drawback for us was our room was a top floor one. We had lots of suitcases due to our cruise before we disembarked in Cairns. The location is very good and close to many restaurants. The room was comfortably and had everything we needed.”

“酒店地处风景区，步行前往沙滩只需6分钟，周边超市，餐饮都有，生活便捷，同时房型很大，每个房间都有独立的洗手间和淋浴设施，即使是2户人家一起同住，也完全没有问题。酒店的4个泳池，满足了小朋友所有的需求。唯一的遗憾是前往大堡礁、丛林景点会远，在网上订购门票时，需要支付额外的接送费用。不过这并不会影响我对酒店的满意度。”

“地理位置远离市区，但是有公交车进市区，还是很方便的。房间非常干净，而且可以做饭。珊瑚海很干净，人少，周末的时候很多人跑来开party，还有烟火看。周围三家餐厅都很好吃，蓝月亮烧烤，Bar &Grill,还有海边的一家意大利菜，味道很好。两个室外泳池。如果下次来凯恩斯还会选它吧！”

“Great Facility, very convenient for travelers. Especially the kitchen includes the all the electronic equipment for family. And the big living room with comfortable coaches appeal the guests just coming in the room. Also the washing machine and clothe drying machine are indeed to reduce the worry for the travelers. The staff at the reception office is very helpful to assist the arrangement for the airport shuttle, he is very kind to consider the traffic and put it early for the pick up time.……
