“4 adults 4 kids great 3 night stay. Clean modern home nearby town. Nice layout we all had plenty of space with everyone commenting how much the liked the home. Games and nice fire each evening.”

“We had a wonderful stay at NOCO. The house was perfect for the size of our group (4 adults and 4 kids). There was just enough snow for the kids from SC to get a taste of winter and it was great to be able to walk to the village in North Conway. It was close to Mt. Cranmore where we were able to have some tubing fun. Elvis is a great host and made sure we had everything we needed.”

“An adorable little house for the week our floors were being done (last week of March). Nice property that would be superb in any season (but obviously a bit muddy when all is thawing). Dog fence would be terrific, but we did fine without as our pups are pretty obedient. Thankfully no bear, deer or coyote sightings to get our crazy Goldie wound up. We live very nearby, so we know just how GREAT the location and area are! Can’t be beat!! Nice that the basement area is finished and allowed hubby to……

“We stayed with family for my mom’s 70th birthday. Ages ranged from 3-70 and everybody was happy! Games were fun, house was clean and had sweet little touches. Location was perfect for many restaurants, attractions, etc. Parking and accessibility were wonderful. My only (small) suggestion would be to update windows and doors. A couple window screens were falling out, screen door on the slider and front door were both inconveniences at times but truly a wonderful stay and we would……

Despite temperatures in the high 80s, the cabin stayed quite cool. The brook behind the property was beautiful, and we loved reading and listening to the birds.
