“House is located close to Eufaula and is very convenient and also has conveniences of the state park. Water was very high so we didn’t get to enjoy everything we wanted to but would stay here again! ”

“The house was so adorable! The inside is just as cute as the outside. It was super clean and a close walk to everything. The second room is a loft with a ladder so it made it a little tricky with toddlers but we made it work! I’d definitely recommend and stay here again ”

“We had a nice stay over New Year’s. It had more room in the living spaces than some other places we’ve stayed in Carlton Landing which was nice. Great place for our two families to enjoy. Comfy furniture, nice bathrooms and very cute! The hot tub is not at the house. It’s a community hot tub down the road. That was a little confusing based on the listing. We cooked most of our own meals during our stay and the kitchen was very well stocked along with the coffee bar. We’d go back!”

“We had a family gathering. The home is in excellent condition has everything you could ask for. Kitchen is well stocked with all the gadgets and appliances. We all continued to be amazed at how much thought was put in to each room. It was raining so we did not get to enjoy the fire pit but it looked very inviting!”

“Perfect for my husband & I for a quick weekend getaway! Ideal amount of space for a couple and within easy walking distance to food & activities. The stairs are somewhat steep (just a heads up) but did not bother us! In-unit laundry was very convenient. Would stay again! ”
